Prohibited Items and Services on Zodmo
At Zodmo, we are committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and respectful marketplace for everyone. The following items and services are strictly prohibited on our platform. Listings that violate these guidelines will be removed without prior notice, and accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.
1. People & Animals
- Adoption, buying, or selling of children, babies, or human beings in any form
- Human organs, body parts, or blood
- Animal body parts, skins, bones, fur, or products derived from protected/endangered species
- Services involving child labour, slavery, or human trafficking
2. Adult & Inappropriate Content
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly illegal and will be reported to authorities
- Escort services or solicitation of any kind
3. Weapons & Dangerous Items
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any weapon requiring a licence
- Knives, swords, or bladed weapons intended for harm
- Burglary tools or equipment designed for illegal entry
- Pepper spray, tasers, or self-defence weapons without proper authorisation
- CNG, LPG, or oxygen cylinders without valid government approval
- Hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, or toxic substances
4. Drugs & Medicine
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
- Prescription medicines (allopathic, both new and used) without proper authorisation
- Drug paraphernalia or equipment associated with drug use
- Pharmaceutical products that require a valid licence to sell
5. Alcohol & Tobacco
- Alcohol, liquor, or any related products
- Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, tobacco products, or their advertisements
- Products that encourage or promote substance use
6. Counterfeit & Stolen Goods
- Counterfeit, fake, cloned, or replica products of any brand
- Stolen goods or items with removed/altered serial numbers
- Pirated software, movies, music, or digital content
- Brand new electronics without valid purchase bills or proof of ownership
7. Financial & Digital Assets
- Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, Litecoin, or any virtual currency
- Cryptocurrency mining rigs or related equipment listed for investment purposes
- Fake currency, forged documents, or counterfeit money
- Lottery tickets, gambling services, or betting-related listings
- Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or any fraudulent investment offers
8. Misleading & Fraudulent Listings
- Pre-orders or advance bookings for products not yet launched (except travel and lodging)
- Listings with false, exaggerated, or misleading descriptions
- Fake job offers, work-from-home scams, or fraudulent employment listings
- Requests for free products or services disguised as charitable causes
9. Regulated & Licensed Services
- Medical, legal, or financial advice services without proper professional licensing
- Astrology, black magic, love spells, or occult services
- Unlicensed financial services, money lending, or loan offers
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or direct selling schemes
10. Miscellaneous Prohibited Items
- Fireworks, firecrackers, or pyrotechnic materials without authorisation
- Government-issued documents, IDs, passports, or certificates
- Surveillance or spying equipment (hidden cameras, tracking devices, etc.)
- Any item or service that violates Indian law, including the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Information Technology Act
